Job Description

 

Sales Management & Strategy

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Identify new market opportunities in plastic products (e.g., packaging, films, injection molded products, sheets, PET, PVC).
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

 Team Leadership

  • Supervise, train, and motivate the sales team.
  • Assign targets, monitor performance, and conduct regular sales reviews.
  • Provide coaching to improve product knowledge and negotiation skills.

 Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and distributors.
  • Handle customer inquiries, provide technical information, and resolve issues.
  • Conduct regular visits to customers to improve business engagement.

 Negotiation & Closing

  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms with clients.
  • Ensure profitable sales by aligning pricing strategies with company policies.
  • Coordinate with the finance department on credit limits and payment follow-ups.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
  • Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships
  • Present products to prospective clients

Job Requirements

  • Any relevant Bachelor degree.
  • Ability to travel for short intervals (Must own a car).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Previous experience in selling to B2B factories is highly preferred.
  • Good command of English.
  • Very good computer skills with strong command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Experience from 2 to 5 years.
