Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled IT Helpdesk Engineer to join our team and provide technical support across the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to users across branches (Hardware, Software, Network).
- Administer Microsoft Windows clients and Active Directory (user accounts, data handling, locations).
- Support computers and servers (OS deployment, hardware/Software issues).
- Troubleshoot and monitor network & security systems (DHCP, DNS, IP management)
- Install and maintain IT equipment in new sites/branches & maintain camera systems.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on IT support/ helpdesk experience.
- MCITP or MCSE certificate are a must.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Active directory and MS office
- Good troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
