Job Description

•Handling customer requests email/calls.

  • Offline Quotations “Hotels, Transfers, Sightseeing, Car rental, Trains, Cruises, etc.”
  • Tailor Made Packages
  • Amendment requests
  • Cancellations & waiver requests
  • Relocations
  • Special requests
  • MICE bookings
  • Making on behalf online bookings, amendments, cancellations, waivers, etc.…
  • Report offline confirmed services on the system.
  • Reconciling online bookings/Reviewer of errors
  • Inbound and Outbound calls to customers and suppliers.

•Selling transportations, accommodations, insurance and other travel services.

•Cooperating with clients to determine their needs and advising them appropriate destination, modes of transportations, travel dates, costs and accommodations.

•Providing relevant information, brochures and publications.

•Book transportation, make hotel reservations and collect payment/fees.

•Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints or refunds.

•Enhance customer knowledge about the destinations.

Job Requirements

•Travel agency General knowledge(B2B) 2+ years experience.

•2+ years Call Center experience

•B1 / B1+ English profile

•Email Writing: 30 WPM / 95% accuracy

•IQ: 110

•Computer Skills: Good use of computer system / excel knowledge is preferred

•Customer-oriented approach, neat and professional appearance.

•Exceptional communication, presentation skills, strong sales skills and cool tempered.

•Strong knowledge about the main attraction places in the countries

•Ability to meet the targets and the deadlines.

•Travel and GDS knowledge.
