Job Description
- Assist with all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
- Write and post job descriptions on career websites.
- Source candidates by using databases, social media, LinkedIn & Recruitment Websites.
- Create and publish job ads in various portals.
- Assist in managing & updating employees’ files.
- Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media.
- Screen resumes and job applications.
- Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates.
- Schedule meetings, interviews, and HR events and maintain agendas.
- Coordinate training sessions.
- Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
- Interview candidates in person for a wide range of roles.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire.
- Design, distribute and measure the results of candidate experience surveys.
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
- Reports on hiring progress weekly and monthly.
- Stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or another related field
- 1 : 3 years of work experience as a Recruiting coordinator or recruiter (White & Blue collar)
- Proven experience in recruitment is a must.
- HR Diploma is a must.
- Excellent in English language (Writing & Speaking).
- Excellent Business Writing skills.
- Preferably Males.
- Excellent commutation skills and Organizational skills
- The ability to work within a team and coordinate team activities.
- ERP System or Odoo user is a plus.
