Job Description
- Administer and coordinate day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures in alignment with company values and legal requirements.
- Manage employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of all HR documentation.
- Assist in the development and execution of talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Facilitate new hire orientation and training programs to promote a smooth onboarding experience.
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR-related inquiries and conflict resolution.
- Coordinate performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies across all HR activities.
- Support payroll administration and benefits management in collaboration with finance and external vendors.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and organizational culture.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a human resources role, preferably in a fast-paced or agricultural environment.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Good command of English language skills
- ERP systems familiarization
- Preferably a resident of 6th of October or nearby areas
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in an organized manner.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Experience supporting full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes.
