Job Description
- Plan, launch, and optimize Meta & Google lead generation campaigns
- Manage full-funnel real estate campaigns
- Optimize CPL, ROAS & conversion rates
- Run Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Support SEO efforts and keyword targeting
- Create and optimize high-converting landing pages
- Manage tracking systems (Meta Pixel, Conversions API, GTM)
- Integrate ads with CRM systems
- Connect campaigns using n8n / Zapier / Make
Job Requirements
- 2–3+ years experience in real estate media buying
- Strong understanding of lead generation funnels
- Experience working with CRM & automation tools
- Analytical mindset & data-driven decision making
- Ability to improve lead quality — not just quantity
