Job Description
- The procurement Manager will be responsible for Local & Foreign Purchasing, contracting and suppliers development.
- Managing Local & Foreign purchasing teams.
- Ensuring orders are delivered as scheduled
- Responsible for procurement reporting to include tracking of purchase requests including status and delivery
- Sourcing reliable suppliers
- Negotiating with suppliers and sign annual contracts
- Capability of evaluating and developing suppliers
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with suppliers.
- Controlling the procurement budget and ensuring of long-term saving on procurement costs.
- Preparing annual Procurement department budget
- Coordinating with other functions to complete the annual purchasing plan.
- Preparing monthly reporting of Procurement KPIs
Job Requirements
- Proven working experience as a Procurement Manager
- Excellent Command of English Language.
- Excellent Communication skills
- Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques
- Talent in negotiations and networking
- Decision maker
- Experience in collecting and analyzing data
