Job Responsibilities
Contact new leads and potential patients through phone calls and WhatsApp.
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into clinic appointments.
Reactivate existing and inactive patient databases.
Understand patients’ needs and introduce them to relevant KOA programs and services.
Handle inquiries and objections professionally.
Book, confirm, and reschedule appointments.
Follow up with missed appointments and no-shows.
Maintain accurate lead and patient records.
Achieve monthly sales and appointment targets.
Coordinate with the reception and medical team to ensure a smooth patient journey
Job Requirements
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in telesales, preferably in medical, healthcare, wellness, or pharmaceutical sales.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent Arabic and good English communication skills.
Strong sales and follow-up skills.
Target-oriented and motivated by achieving results.
Presentable, professional, and patient-focused.
