Job Description
- Report directly to the Founder & CEO of the company, Dr. Mostafa Attia.
- Engage regularly with the project executive for alignment and updates sharing.
- Actively participate in client calls, meetings, visits, presentations, and training sessions.
- Conduct comprehensive secondary and primary research activities, encompassing data collection, cleaning, analysis, and reporting.
- Engage in various data collection methods, including telephone and face-to-face interviews, focus group discussions, and fieldwork.
- Lead the preparation of essential documents, including proposals, quotations, presentations, reports, manuals, and surveys, while adhering to deadlines.
- Coordinate necessary logistics with vendors.
- Represent the company at events, conferences, webinars, seminars, and exhibitions, promoting its services to potential clients as requested.
- Engage inclusively and accessibly with persons with disabilities (PWDs) and their families, actively understanding their concerns, needs, and preferences.
- Learn and apply inclusive language and disability etiquette throughout all job-related activities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Social Science, Development Studies, or any relevant field. A master’s degree is strongly preferred.
- At least one year of experience within the development field.
- At least one year of experience in research, consulting, or M&E.
- Previous experience in engagement with NGOs, community organizations, international organizations, or corporate social responsibility (CSR) in the private sector, or working for marginalized groups is strongly preferred.
- Previous experience with proposal writing is strongly preferred.
- Willingness to travel and work across Egypt governorates for client meetings/ project execution is required, with travel and accommodation expenses fully covered by the company.
- Willingness to occasionally travel outside Egypt is strongly preferred, with travel and accommodation expenses fully covered by the company.
- Fluent in English and Arabic, speaking, writing, and listening.
- Demonstrated ability to design and format visually appealing, professional documents using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets).
- Knowledge of survey administration software (e.g., Google Forms, Microsoft Forms, KoboToolBox).
- Familiarity with Zoom Meetings, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meets.
- Familiarity with AI software.
- Immediate availability for hiring is preferred.
- Time management skills.
