Job Description
- Strategic Sourcing & Category Management: Lead procurement for key material groups (e.g., Polypropylene (PP), IML labels, master batch) and various indirect categories.
- Local & Indirect Procurement: Oversee purchasing of essential local packaging (e.g., Carton, Stretch Films), secure internal/external Maintenance Tools and Equipment (MRO), and handle administrative supplies (Inks, Printing Equipment, office furniture).
- Negotiation & Compliance: Negotiate contracts with global/regional suppliers, ensuring best value and adherence to corporate/ESG standards.
- Supply Chain Optimization: Manage the full procurement cycle, including order processing, inbound logistics, Incoterms, and Customs Clearance for seamless material flow.
- Risk Management: Implement robust Risk & Compliance protocols, including supplier audits and adherence to international trade regulations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders (Production, Finance, Planning) to align strategies with business objectives and S&OP.
- Process Improvement: Drive initiatives for Cost Reduction, Procurement Process Optimization, and utilization of digital/e-Procurement tools.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Procurement, Purchasing, or Supply Chain Management, preferably in manufacturing.
- Expertise in Strategic Sourcing and Category Management (direct raw materials and indirect categories).
- Deep knowledge of International Trade, Customs Clearance, and Incoterms.
- Strong analytical skills to track global market trends.
- ERP system experience is a significant advantage.
- V.good English (written and spoken) is required.
