Job Description
- Engaging and drive ERP project implementations in the role of ERP Consultant.
- Owning and deliver business analysis and requirements gathering sessions based on industry's best practices.
- Analyzing of Functional requirements and solution design according to business needs.
- Defining and prepare functional requirements solution design documents and system prototypes (Proof of Concept).
- Presenting analysis and design deliverables to senior management and work towards obtaining signoffs.
- Providing directions to the development team in the delivery of business requirements accurately and within project timeframes.
- Performing/Leading customization and configuration of MS Dynamics platform as per the requirements.
- Ensuring quality of software deliverable is as per design through creating and running test case scenarios.
- Participating in projects’ required planning activities for MS Dynamics projects using the company standard operation procedure.
- Perform/Lead MS Dynamics ERP deployment & installation as well as extending the Dynamics ERP functions as required.
- Providing hands-on mentoring and expert-level technical assistance to team members.
- Conducting task reviews to ensure deliverables’ quality is at the highest level possible and related quality standards are being followed.
- Leading project team and manage the assigned project in smooth and flexible way with reporting to the management on projects progress.
- Supporting team in solution design, workaround, and customization design.
- Participate in Microsoft Dynamics team recruitment including screening, interviewing, and technical assessment.
Job Requirements
- At least 7 years’ experience in MS Dynamics ERP.
- In-depth hands-on knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics ERP platform.
- In-depth hands-on knowledge of Advance Developer Extensions for Dynamics ERP.
- Experience in solutions architecture that involve ERP customization to include server-side code, custom business logic, modules integration, workflow assemblies and plug-ins.
- Experience in business solutions architecture based on MS SQL Server database, reporting and integration services.
- A good understanding of product business know-how would be an advantage.
