Job Description
Duties, Responsibilities:
- Manages the process of metal forming of security fences.
- Follows up closely on the execution of the production plan and OEE of the used machinery.
- Responsible for conducting time studies for all plant processes to determine accurate data for capacity and quoting activities.
- Setting factory personnel KPI’s and addressing them to employees.
- Develops, analyzes and troubleshoots manufacturing processes (both technical repair and support sides of the operation) through the use of engineering tools, methods and techniques.
- Interfaces with all aspects of operations and departments maintenance, inventory and quality.
- Ensures that all mechanical engineering projects, initiatives, and processes are in conformance with organization's established policies and objectives.
- Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility.
- Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.
- Conducts and approves performance appraisals for staff as senior manager, and makes recommendations on promotions, new hires, and terminations.
- Implements continuous improvement according to Lean Manufacturing to optimize work flow, quality and productivity.
- Ensures that production plans, records and logs are updated and documented properly.

- 10+ proven Experience in metal forming industry.
- Possesses strong management skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives with varying priorities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, problem solving and proactive skills.
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
- Very good verbal and written English language proficiency.
- Knowledge of engineering design programs.
- Strong background of dealing with metal forming machinery.
