Job Description

Coordination of sales operations:

  • Preparing periodic reports on sales performance and analyzing data to identify development areas.
  • Coordination and internal communication with the concerned departments (distribution, factory, warehouses) to ensure that the products were shipped and distributed well in accordance with the applicable internal procedures.
  • Tracking potential sales opportunities and coordinating them until they are completed by performing the required tasks specified by the sales manager.
  • Recording sales orders with the applied operating system SAP and coordinating to ensure the availability of the necessary stock to implement them.
  • Register and maintain data of potential and current customers, including complaints about products, contact information, and everything related to customer accounts and outstanding invoices.
  • Communicating and coordinating with the concerned departments and the marketing department to coordinate the release of new products or any related special events.
  • Coordinating and communicating with the accounts to follow up on the payment of the required and due bills in a timely manner.

Coordination of customer needs and inventory:

  • Contribute to identifying potential customers by analyzing the sales market and submitting the required reports.
  • Participate in customer engagement activities through pre-determined tasks by the competent manager, in the pre-sales team engagement stage.
  • Ensuring that the specified measurements are met for the integrity and completeness of sales data by planning and organizing customer accounts for the sales team and entering the required information on the applied electronic system ERP/SAP in accordance with the internal procedures followed by the department.
  • Communication to coordinate the progress of sales operations with the required accuracy and in a timely manner.
  • Issuing reports to analyze the basic measurements of the sales movement as needed, whether for newly exported products, new launches, or existing products and ensuring that relevant reports are delivered to the specialized managers, whether in sales or marketing.
  • Ensure updated stock FG is accessible to the Sales team, and create customer-focused Power BI report in support of business needs
  • Communication and follow-up to respond to customer complaints, and provide - after-sales support - upon request.
  • Coordination to support the introduction of new sales channels, whether for new products or re-promoted products of Facelift.
  • Communicate and coordinate to prepare the monthly sales plan as directed by the sales managers for a specific area, and provide support in case of need to perform additional related tasks as per business requirements.
  • Continuous communication with team members and ensuring that they are aware of all developments and relevant information regarding the sales team, stores, and operations to ensure that all team members are kept aware of all developments related to department.

Job Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Very good in English.
  • Excellent computer skills ( Excel - PowerPoint )
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree In any relevant major.
