Job Description
- Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries ensure customer satisfaction review contracted unit updates
- Assist with property inspections.
- Take the extra mile to engage the customer To resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer s complaint determining the cause of the problem selecting
- Update clients records on CRM application to acquire any changes in the client information such as Contact person Mobile - Address Email
- Respond to all inquiries related to any changes updates to the project phases

- Contribute all the after-sales services to the clients.
- Contribute to submitting the reports and documentation regarding the clients.
- Follow up with the Engineering dept. about the handover dates.
- Co-ordination for any client site visit (coordinates between the client and the site...
- Coordinating between client’s requests and Technical departments in terms of unit modifications.
- Coordinating with client and finance department to settle payment of approved unit’s modifications.
- Establish active communication and engagement with all other departments to help out where necessary to ensure excellent customer experience
- Update clients with correct data and procedures
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Job Requirements
- +3 years of relevant work experience (real-estate) is must
- legal background is a Must .
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
