Job Description
- Performs day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site work of any subcontractor.
- Study zone drawings in order to prepare material, equipment and man-hours requirements list based on project priorities and time schedule.
- Supervises sub-contractors team performance, guide and report any problems to Project Manager in order to take necessary actions.
- Coordinates with Quality Control department schedule of inspections/tests and take any corrective action if required.
- Coordinates and organize the ongoing activities with other trades executed in the same area.
- Reviews the shop drawings and as built from technical office.
- Coordinates with other trades to push the work progress & solve any related problems.
- Organizes the site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.
- Prepares daily progress reports to senior project engineer or/and Project Manager.
- Implements mechanical shop drawings on site.
- Supervises sub-contractor and Technicians to ensure all safety & quality requirements are applied in all site activities.
- Acquire samples of materials for the required tests and approval form consultant.
