Job Description
- Develop and maintain detailed production and supply chain plans to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Analyze sales forecasts, inventory levels, and market trends to optimize resource allocation and production schedules.
- Coordinate with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics teams to align planning activities with business objectives.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to planning efficiency, inventory turnover, and order fulfillment.
- Identify potential bottlenecks or risks in the supply chain and propose actionable solutions.
- Collaborate with product design and innovation teams to integrate new products into planning cycles.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for management on planning status and recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements in all planning activities.
- Continuously review and improve planning processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Support cross-functional projects and initiatives aimed at driving operational excellence.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in planning, production, or supply chain roles, preferably in a manufacturing or product-driven environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in planning and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar systems).
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple priorities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site, fast-paced, and dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of inventory management principles and best practices.
