Job Description
- Prepare Legal Memorandums and conduct legal research in various topics related to the industry
- Conduct necessary Legal Research upon Documents submitted by the clients seeking funding.
- Translating all contracts and letters from Arabic to English And vice versa.
- Assist the Head of Legal in the Role of Corporate Secretary, to finalize all CS-related work.
- Dealing with GAFI, FRA, Central Bank, MCSD or any other related authority
- Cooperate with other Lawyers in the legal department by offering a legal opinion in their work when needed.
- Authenticate EGM & AGM & Board meetings from GAFI.
- High knowledge with the sharia charter
- Preparing the minutes of meeting of the Board Committees
- Dealing with Real estate office and support with units registration
Job Requirements
- Law Degree “Preferable English section”.
- Experience from 2 to 4 Years “Preferable in Mortgage”
- Very good in English Spoken & Written.
