Role Description
We are seeking a motivated Sales Specialist to join our marketing agency. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a passion for helping businesses grow through marketing and digital solutions.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new clients through networking, referrals, and outreach.
- Present and promote the agency’s marketing services to potential clients.
- Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions that align with their goals.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery.
- Track sales activities, maintain CRM records, and prepare performance reports.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Job Requirements
- Location: New Cairo (On-site) or Nearby
- Experience Required: 2+ years in sales (preferably in marketing, advertising, or digital services)
- Gender: Female Only
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
