Job Description
- Teach the assigned classes every round.
- Follow up and support the newly hired instructors.
- Track the current instructors in implementing SYE methodologies and techniques
- Work closely with the weak instructors on their areas of improvement and make action plans
- Promoting high stander of teaching and learning through (inspiration, innovation, and leadership).
- Make class visits as per the monthly action plan and send reports with them to the performance management section.
Job Requirements
- BA in a related college is a must (Alsun, Arts, etc.)
- Postgraduate studies in education or linguistics are preferable.
- A certificate in teaching (CELTA, PCELT, FELT, TEFL, etc.) is a plus
- Teaching experience from 5 years
- Previous managerial experience at least for one year
- English fluency is a must.
- Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organization skills.
- Flexibility and commitment are required.
