Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Software Sales Manager to Achieve company target and to lead our dynamic sales team in Egypt. The ideal candidate will be responsible for breakdown the company target, driving revenue growth, developing strategic sales plans, and ensuring the successful execution of sales initiatives. As a key player in our expansion efforts, the Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in establishing GeoInTime as a market leader in the Workforce Management Solutions industry.


  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in Egypt.
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team (Indoor, outdoor) to achieve individual and collective goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to the executive team.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
  • Ensure the successful onboarding and training of new sales team members.
  • Implement and optimize sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Represent GeoInTime at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the technology or software industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of the sales process and a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with the workforce management or SaaS industry is a plus.
