Job Description
- Installing operating system (Windows, hardware troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Installing & configuring new computers, software and applications, projectors, printers, and other equipment as needed.
- Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network equipment
- Ensure that desktop and laptop security and upgrades are applied and kept up to date.
- Follow up with clients to ensure all issues are resolved.
- Handle all customer correspondence and all escalated calls or customer issues.
- Achieve key performance indicator targets to meet business goals and objectives.
Job Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field is preferred.
- Experience 2+ years
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Certification in Microsoft or Cisco is advantageous.
- Network troubleshooting experience is a must.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
