Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee operations at both YMZ Cairo’s store locations. This role will ensure smooth daily operations, maintain high standards of customer service, and manage HR functions, including staffing, training, and team performance. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, optimizing store operations, and ensuring team alignment with YMZ’s brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Maintain inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and monitor product displays.
- Ensure the store is well-organized, clean, and visually appealing in line with YMZ’s brand standards.
- Monitor sales performance and work with the team to achieve targets.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
Job Requirements
Key Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in fashion or luxury retail.
- Strong understanding of store operations, HR policies, and team management.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to multitask and solve problems efficiently.
- Fluent in English
