Job Description
- Process Improvement & Efficiency
- Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving workshops (e.g., Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping).
- Standardize processes across departments to ensure consistency and scalability.
- Identify automation and digital solutions to enhance process efficiency.
- Performance Management & Metrics
- Define and track KPIs to measure operational performance and improvement impact.
- Build dashboards and reporting systems for transparency and data-driven decision-making.
- Analyze current processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement best practices
- Projects
- Manage end-to-end continuous improvement projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
- Coordinate cross-functional project teams, ensuring alignment and collaboration.
- Support organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes.
- Cost Optimization & Productivity
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or service levels.
- Drive initiatives to reduce waste, rework, and inefficiencies in operations.
- Implement lean initiatives to maximize resource utilization and productivity.
- Training & Capability Building
- Deliver training sessions to build a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
- Mentor employees on problem-solving tools and structured improvement approaches.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
- 7+ years of proven experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or business transformation.
- Strong background in Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies (Black Belt certification preferred).
- Experience in project management and change management.
- Prior experience in manufacturing, supply chain, services is highly desirable.
