Job Description
The role focuses on communicating with students interested in studying aviation and supporting them in the early stages of their decision-making .
The position involves answering inquiries, explaining study options, and maintaining professional follow-up in a calm and respectful manner that reflects the academy’s values.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with students interested in aviation studies and respond to their inquiries.
- Follow up with students and help them understand the study and enrollment steps.
- Clearly explain the academy’s aviation training programs in a simple and practical way.
- Invite students in Egypt to visit the academy and learn more about the study environment.
- Maintain regular professional communication with students outside Egypt.
- Coordinate with the Admissions Manager during the enrollment process.
- Record and update basic student information on the system.
- Maintain a professional communication style that represents the academy positively.
Job Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in roles involving direct communication and relationship management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow up and organize daily tasks.
- Proficiency in computer fundamentals and office applications.
- Previous experience with CRM systems is preferred.
- Professional appearance and behavior.
- Maintain a professional and polished appearance with a fit and energetic presence suitable for the role's requirements .
