Main Job Duties:

• Monitor, Guide and coach subordinates to maintain, record, process, update or reconcile various financial documents, such as profit and loss margins, billings, invoices, reimbursements, deposits and other documents.
• The candidate will also be responsible for ensuring accuracy on all financial documents and performing clerical accounting or bookkeeping duties.
• Reconciles general and subsidiary bank accounts by gathering and balancing information.
• Provides financial status information by preparing special reports, completing special project Secures financial information by completing database backups; keeping information confide Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedure Prepare financial management reports Financial audit preparation and coordinate the audit process Assist with year end closings.
• Monitors and supports taxation issues
• Monitors and resolve bank issues including fee anomalies and check differences.
• Ensures accurate and appropriate recording and analysis of revenues and expenses Assist in auditing activities by providing necessary information and preparing requested documentations.
