Job Description
we are hiring for contracting company
#Project_Coordinator (Technical office)
- Prepare shop drawing and coordination drawings (or composite drawing) based on the project’s design drawings inaccurate with quality standards.
- Study the project contract documents (time schedule, project design drawings, BOQ, etc...).
- Coordinate with other trades to solve any conflict between (civil, mech, elect. etc.…)
- Update the shop drawing log before sending the shop drawing to a consultant for approvals.
- Study and prepare requests for information (RFIs) for all missing, unclear, conflicting or other technical matters that may arise during construction.
- Review subcontractors’ shop drawings as well as outsourced shop drawings and coordinate their approval process with the project consultant.
Coordinate with surveying engineer to provide him all the information about land coordinates and any site measurement required
Job Requirements
Bachelor degree in engineering
- at least 2 years of experience as project coordinator
- Females only
- Excellent communication skills
- Presentable
- Good in English
- Good at (Auto CAD )
- Microsoft Office
- Good at dealing with subcontractors
