Job Description
- Implementation of operational efficiency measures for the branch to increase sales and reduce losses, which leads to enhancing profitability.
- Follow up on all branch employees from the administrative and organizational point of view, and supervise the implementation of all assigned tasks.
- Follow up the implementation of all procedures of the weekly schedule and ensure that the branch reaches the operational capacity set by the management.
- Periodic meeting with employees from time to time to include any new instructions or procedures issued by the administration.
- Motivate the work team to achieve sales goals through training and orientation of employees.
- Receiving and welcoming new employees and supervising their training
- Respond to customer complaints and solve problems in a professional manner.
- Training employees to reach the highest levels of customer service • Ensure that the branch complies with health and safety regulations.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree.
work and experience in international brands are required .
preferred have an experience in classic suit industry .
very good command in English .
very good communication skills and leadership skills .
