Job Description
- Manage all accounting transactions.
- The ability to deal with the company's financial documentary cycle.
- Preparing quotations and contracts for subcontractors and clients.
- Follow up with the purchasing department, analyze and compare prices and quality.
- Preparing interim and final extracts for subcontractors and clients.
- Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
- Ability to prepare weekly and monthly reports.
- Assisting with quarterly and annual reports.
Job Requirements
- Gender: Male
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Account in the sector (construction companies).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent command of English.
- Hands-on experience with accounting software like FreshBooks, QuickBooks or ERP system like odoo ?
- High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and result orientated.
- Presentable.
