Job Description: Operations Supervisor oversee all the activities within a specific department or area of an organization. They monitor the efficacy of the department, improve operating processes, and report to upper management. Operations supervisors work in a variety of settings, depending on the industry they work within.

Job Requirements
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Earned a bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Overall Years of Experience and required Skill Sets:
- Minimum 4 years of experience with 1-2 years of experience managing teams.
- Excellent working knowledge on Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to efficiently manage time and keep track of multiple schedules, meetings, and initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
- Must be willing to report on a graveyard/shifting schedules.
- Proficiency in English Language.
