Job Description
Job Title: Finishing Site Manager & Finishing Site Engineer (Specific in high End finishes)
Job Description
- Manage the project execution plan for achieving the target
- Writing reports and keeping on top of paperwork
- Helping to negotiating contracts and securing permits and licenses.
- Supervising and overseeing the direction of the project (or a package), ensuring that the client’s specifications and requirements are met, reviewing progress and liaising with quantity surveyors to monitor costs.
- Oversee the project delivery and management of all technical matters, together with responsibility for the long-term as well as the day-to-day and ensure accurate production/progress returns through the regular reports
- Manage the equipment usage for its full capacity to ensure proper operation
- Manage the implementation of the technical office department instructions
- Liaising with the client, other construction professionals and, sometimes, members of the public
- Making safety inspections and ensuring construction and site safety
- Maintaining quality control procedures
Job Requirements
- Educational: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture & Civil Engineering or Fine Arts.
- Experience: From 05 - 10 Years Preferred Specific in high End finishes & preferred to own a car.
- PMP/IPMA certification is preferable
- Experience in high End finishes
- Experience in Technical Office tasks is a plus
- Language : Good English Language
- Computer Skills : Microsoft office package & AutoCAD & Primavera
