Job Description
- Receive leads from Call Center then distribute leads on CRM across different Business Units.
- Generate regular periodical reports from CRM for commercial team performance and results.
- Prepare quotations and tender documents for sales team when they are out of office.
- Coordinate commercial team internal meetings.
- Create Purchase request on KissFlow for clients new contracts.
- Follow up on purchasing, licensing, financing departments to build up clients new contracts.
- Manage commercial team office in New Cairo in terms of facility management, required tools, all In/Out hard copy documents, and petty cash
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree: Business Administration
- Years of Experience: 2 Years and above
- Computer Skills: Excellent in MS office suite
- Language Proficiency: Excellent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Ability to follow robust processes
- Ability to work under pressure
- Desire to progress and develop
