Job Description

  • Set objectives, coaching and performance monitoring of sales team – (training and helping) team members reach their full sales potential is the main objective, and the ability to support and motivate sales agents is essential to success at this job
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status Leading and manage sales target by achieve it and motivate sales team.
  • Manage and solve sales process errors smoothly (objections, contracting process, closing deal, collections)
  • Managing relationships with clients and open links with them for the potential opportunities.
  • Present Reports of (sales, revenue and expenses) and realistic forecasts to the management team performance
  • Analyzing trends, results and generates timely sales reports as per top management request.

Job Requirements

  • 5+years of experiences in real estate.
