Job Description

  • Responsible for recruiting staff for vacant or needed vacancies
  • Create and publish job ads in various portals.
  • Administrate hiring process, which includes publishing job ads in various portals, filtrating resumes and conducting interviews.
  • Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates.
  • Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles.
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
  • Update needed job descriptions for current / new jobs.
  • Reports on hiring progress weekly and monthly.
  • Reports on quarterly and annual hiring plans.
  • Review career development plans that ensure that all employees receive suitable training, regular feedback and coaching to enhance their performance.

Job Requirements

  • BSc. degree in Business Administration / equivalent. HR Major is preferable
  • HR Diploma is a MUST.
  • Related experience is a MUST.
  • Highly organized.
  • Ability to work in a team .
  • Can handle stress and meet deadlines
  • High communication skills
