Job Description
- Responsible for recruiting staff for vacant or needed vacancies
- Create and publish job ads in various portals.
- Administrate hiring process, which includes publishing job ads in various portals, filtrating resumes and conducting interviews.
- Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates.
- Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
- Update needed job descriptions for current / new jobs.
- Reports on hiring progress weekly and monthly.
- Reports on quarterly and annual hiring plans.
- Review career development plans that ensure that all employees receive suitable training, regular feedback and coaching to enhance their performance.
Job Requirements
- BSc. degree in Business Administration / equivalent. HR Major is preferable
- HR Diploma is a MUST.
- Related experience is a MUST.
- Highly organized.
- Ability to work in a team .
- Can handle stress and meet deadlines
- High communication skills
