If you want to join our success journey, here are the job responsibilities as follow;
- Looking after all the sales activities in the smart home and building solutions division by building and developing a dynamic strategic business plan covers sales strategy, value-based pricing policy, sales targets, customer base expansion and to maximize our market share.
- Full ownership and accountability to deliver the sales targets with a sustainable monthly run rate.
- High experienced level in managing the customers' satisfactions, promoting our solutions, marketing our value creation and develop the entire commercial cycle from the sales lead to the solution delivery.
- Lead and coach the sales team, provide on-job training, set measurable KPIs, collaborating to build a strong pipeline with a high conversion rate
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Excellent sales, communication and negotiation skills, presentable
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both (Arabic & English)
- Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
