Senior Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Heavy Equipment

Heavy equipment engineer who leads a whole unit at heavy equipment department like (heavy-duty vehicles, specially designed for executing construction tasks, most frequently ones involving earthwork operations or other large construction tasks) He will supervised maintenance crafts on numerous preventive projects and reactive repairs. 
Job Description

• Leading the Company of the heavy equipment and the group of workers in the site Work shop preserving scheduled preventive maintenance intervals and repairing damages and malfunctions for heavy equipment such as concrete pump, concrete mixer.
• Managing heavy equipment workshop to execute all types of maintenance and repair for the factory servicing equipment such as concrete plants, chillers,  generators, air compressors, conveyor belts, concrete recycling units, mobile and stationary concrete pumps, concrete transit mixers, dump trucks, loaders, tractors, forklifts, buses, service cars, vehicles, etc…
• Develop a marketing plan for selling and renting heavy equipment and cars to others.
•  Schedule preventative maintenance practices for heavy equipment, light vehicles, and generators.
• Developing comprehensive schedules of heavy equipment-planned repair and long-term breakdowns.
• Performing all minor and major repairs, engine and transmission overhauling, hydraulic cylinder and pump repairs, brake system repairs, under chassis repairs and welding repairs.
• Prepare requisitions for the issue of correct materials, tools and safety equipment.
• Supervise work execution and carrying out mechanical routine jobs, troubleshooting to mechanical faults.
• Responsible for service and maintenance of all sorts of mobile equipment and heavy trucks.
• Coordinate issue of equipment with Material Management Department, to ensure required stock availability.
• Initiate and develop specific mechanical repair procedures and work instructions.
• Performing daily safety and quality assessments of the site.
