Job Description
- Own hiring and training for newcomers along with culture and talent team.
- Achieve Growth targets successfully through managing his/ her unit(s)
- Tracking and analysing team performance and taking corrective action when needed.
- Assess the current team to develop their skills through coaching.
- Defining and executing territories sales plan.
- Report team performance to top management.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints and objections.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, A master’s degree in business administration or marketing is a plus.
- 5 years of experience in sales leadership (Startup companies are preferred)
- Strong analytical & Planning skills
- Experience in setting sales target
- English level: Excellent to Fluent
- Proficient in Microsoft office
