Job Description
- Understand clients’ processes and configure applications based on their needs
- Supporting new clients by leading clients through the implementation process, communicating with those involved in the implementation and resolving client issues
- Training end-users
- Gathering requirements, designing implementations, executing configurations, testing and supporting customers on a day-to-day basis
- Leading customers through the complete implementation lifecycle
- Performing other functions, as required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or other related disciplines
- ERP Implementation background
- Atleast one year of experience in using NetSuite
- Familiarity and ease with computer systems and common software products
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle a variety of different projects and capable of managing multiple deadlines
- Excellent presentation/training skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Possess a solid understanding of best business practices in Accounting and Professional Services
- Excellent understanding of common industry-standard business practices related to Accounting
- The ability to solve technical problems and dive in to software
