Job Description

  • Work will be in both Mohandessin and sheikh zayed branch (soon)
  • Working time from 5 -10 pm most of the days, some days there are morning work around 1-2 hours
  • Answer phone calls from 12pm -12 am even in off days
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange  appointments
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Check frequently the levels of clinic supplies and place appropriate orders
  • Document expenses and hand in reports
  • Undertake  receptionist duties

Job Requirements

  • Females only
  • Age from 22-30
  • Can manage to work in both mohandessin and sheikh zayed (living close to these areas)
  • Communicating effectively in writing in both English & Arabic languages
  • Presentable for a plastic surgery clinic
