Job Description
- Maintaining a healthy & safe working environment in the plant.
- Implementation of all corporate guidelines related to safety, health & environment
- Ensuring legal compliance with local regulations in the field of HSE.
- Develop a safety culture across the plant/operations
- Training team on all aspects of safety & ensure skills development of the team to meet the safety standards
- Develop systems & processes to continuously improve SHE practices.
- Directly support the Engineering & Projects Manager through the provision of expertise and as a specialized resource
- Review all HSE-related investigations to ensure the true root cause has been identified.
- Lead environmental initiatives across the manufacturing facilities that impact positively on the corporate Sustainability commitments of energy, water, and waste and ensure that all facilities comply with legal requirements for the discharge of waste and generation of emissions.
Authorities:
- Represent the business as appropriate in key forums and as the technical expert with relevant government authorities and interpret changes to their requirements
- Manage the plant QEHS program ensuring that areas of risk are identified and agreed priorities delivered
- Interferes to stop any unsafe behavior/condition
Job Requirements
- Must be Beni Suef resident.
- Bachelor in Engineering
- 2-4 years of strong HSE experience in foods/pharma.
- Very good English
