Job Description
Job Accountabilities:
- Maintain the RootCA’s asset inventory in accordance with ISO 27001.
- Develop and maintain RootCA’s business continuity plan.
- Monitoring, evaluating, and maintaining systems and procedures to safeguard information systems, DB, and OS.
- Participate in solution design workshops and discussions and propose cost-effective, best suitable solutions for infrastructure.
- Participate in validating delivered project hardware and software components and work with the vendor to arrange delivery.
- Technical audit of the certificate service providers to comply with the digital signature regulation and PKI best practices
- Perform procedures for specific tasks.
- Manage Database/VMs Backup and recovery.
- Manage Database/storage Security.
- Monitor Database/storage health sizing.
- Install and configure Apache web server and LDAP server using open LDAP.
- Write BASH scripts to apply and automate CIS hardening controls.
- Participating in the Analysis, Design, preparation, and deployment of RootCA’s new Site.
- Generating monthly reports for the E-signature and the ESCC departments.
- Responsible for knowledge transfer for junior team members.
Job Requirements
- Requires a bachelor’s degree in computer/communication engineering.
- Minimum of very good or equivalent GPA.
Required Experience
- 4-7 years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, Stored Procedures, and RDBMS is required.
- Strong knowledge of storage and Backup solution.
- Strong knowledge of XML.
- Strong knowledge of VMware
- Strong knowledge of Linux
- Strong knowledge of hyper-converged infrastructure.
Required Skills:
- Requires excellent communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Detailed technical knowledge of database and operating system security.
- Experience with network security and networking technologies and with system, security, and network monitoring tools.
