Job Description

Handle vehicle pickup and drop off

  • Check the reservations daily to prepare the car for the customer.
  • Upon arrival get all the required documents from the customer and provide the customer with all the needed instructions and make sure that he/she understands the terms and conditions.
  • Open the contracts and close them when the car is returned
  • Assist the customer during the inspection process

Answer customer calls

  • Receive calls from customers about different issues like car breakdown, accident, inquiries or rental period extension.
  • Answer all customer inquiries and in case there are any issues, try to solve the issue based on the given authorities or direct the complaint to the authorized person.

Follow up on car maintenance

  • Follow up on station’s fleet maintenance and make sure that all the preventive or corrective maintenance has been performed based on the mileage or the maintenance schedule.

Update the daily fleet 

  • Update the daily fleet  of the station that includes the available and booked cars, licenses renewal dates and Maintenance.

Create reservation for walk in customers

  • If the customer come to the station as a walk in, Check if there are any available cars for a reservation, if there is availability, prepare the contract for the customer and inform him/her with the terms and conditions.

Settle the fund every week

  • Collect the invoices from drivers and settle a fund every week.
  • On monthly basis, collect the station’s revenue and allocate it in the Revenue vs. Expenses sheet to track the station’s revenue.
  • Check the number of customers that their rental agreement exceeds the 15 days period and renew the EXCESS on the 16th day
  • Visit the parking area once at least during the shift regularly.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree from a reputable University.
  • Very good English Skills.
  • Good Computer Skills.
  • Having Very good communication skills and negotiation skills.
  • Presentable, Flexible, and customer-oriented person.
  • Background in Tourism , Hotels or Airlines is a plus.
