Job Description

  • Managing the payroll process starting from calculating the monthly attendance transaction ending by bank transfer process.
  • Managing all attendance transactions [Monthly overtime, leaves, Etc.] to be reflected in the final monthly payroll sheet.
  • Ensures accurate accounting and reporting on all payroll related feeds to finance. 
  • Performs and oversees accurate, correct, and timely payroll reconciliations and audits, accruals and budget preparation
  • Responsible for HR system implementation from testing to go lives phases
  • Responsible for new hires employee´s document review and submitting required forms for social insurance office “ Form 1,2&6”
  • Setting a competitive salary scale the plant, conduction job evaluation and market surveys on annual basis and come up with final merit increase recommendations
  • Developing and implementing new compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures based on market and competition status

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree
  • 6 to 7 years of experience in Payroll, Personnel, Compensation & Benefits
  • Very Good Command of spoken and written English
  • Competency in Microsoft Office, business management and presentation tools, SAP user
  • Fully aware of
  • Egyptian labor law and regulation
  • Tax and social insurance calculations
  • Job evaluation and market survey activities
