Job Description
- Managing the payroll process starting from calculating the monthly attendance transaction ending by bank transfer process.
- Managing all attendance transactions [Monthly overtime, leaves, Etc.] to be reflected in the final monthly payroll sheet.
- Ensures accurate accounting and reporting on all payroll related feeds to finance.
- Performs and oversees accurate, correct, and timely payroll reconciliations and audits, accruals and budget preparation
- Responsible for HR system implementation from testing to go lives phases
- Responsible for new hires employee´s document review and submitting required forms for social insurance office “ Form 1,2&6”
- Setting a competitive salary scale the plant, conduction job evaluation and market surveys on annual basis and come up with final merit increase recommendations
- Developing and implementing new compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures based on market and competition status
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- 6 to 7 years of experience in Payroll, Personnel, Compensation & Benefits
- Very Good Command of spoken and written English
- Competency in Microsoft Office, business management and presentation tools, SAP user
- Fully aware of
