Job Description
- Solving user's daily issues and replying on their requests.
- Solving Error for new software in implement issue.
- Create, set and finish all master data for Hand-Held installation (salesmen, customers, items, routes, connection).
- Check from all data configured is completely true to use Hand-Held with 100% efficiency.
- Supporting Sales Buzz software for Hand-Held applications in all group sites.
- Training all supervisors and unit mangers for all branches for Hand Held process and all reports on the system
- Training salesmen to book sales invoices by Hand-Held.
- Completing sales cycle by Hand-Held.
- Daily supporting for all salesmen till they can use Hand-Held effectively.
- Solve any technical or connection problems for Hand-Held devices.
- Contact maintenance companies to solve or repair Hand Held problems.
- Extracting reports and statistics from Hand-Held report manager or Ax report.
- Give training courses for all sales support to persons to solve HH issues.
- Support all branches for HH devices and maintenance and must be sure all branches working by HH 100%.
Job Requirements
- BA/BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IS Management, Engineering or any other field with experience required.
- 1-3 years of experience in the sales Applications Support.
- Good experience in SQL database.
- Hands on experience with Sales Buzz, Crystal Reports and BO software.
- Team player with high level of dedication.
- Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills.
- Good command of English language skills
- Alexandria residents only.
