Job Description
Provide all kinds of Technical support that enable the Service Center technical team to handle all the repair efficiently and early without delays to achieve the customer’s satisfaction as well as the company goals and priorities.
- Follow up with the customers and Facilitating programs and services, and dedicating to the highest quality of customer service delivered
- Ensure that the place is clean and organized
- Follow up with SC accountant to collect debts without any delays
- Handling debits issues with customers
- Supervise Admins and technicians improve & control handling the customers
- Supervise Admins and technicians productivity improvement
- Supervise Admins to provide better customer service
- Supervise Technician to improve quality of repairs
- Providing spare parts required for the repairs, projects and Customers.
- Supervise the SC spare parts warehouse
- Raising all the technical problems to the suppliers and following up with the Service Center team until being solved.
- Preparing all the defective items that need to be sent to the suppliers
Job Requirements
- Electrical and Communication Engineering graduate.
- More than 10 years experience as a Service Center Manager.
- Professional Audio and Audio Visual solid experience.
- Strong organization skills.
- Dynamic and initiative person.
- High level of facilitation skills including interactive/ communication skills
- Fluent knowledge of Arabic & English languages (written and spoken).
- Ready for traveling abroad for technical training when needed.
- Ability to Work under pressure.
