Job Description

The candidate primary function will be to assist staff personal with execution of administrative details and performs varies secretarial and administrative duties. As well, maintain and control the level of the company’s manpower.

  • Responsible for office administration for the company including typing, data processing, receiving and sending faxes/e-mails.
  • Screen, analyze and categorize received mails in order of priority to be distributed to proper associate and follow up replies whenever necessary.
  • Act as primary contact for the company in calls and queries taking postal and telephone orders and forwarding them to relevant functions through good communication skills.
  • Maintain and setup file system according to company procedures.
  • Maintain updated detailed employee list contact for emergency cases.
  • Responsible for maintaining the availability of the company standard forms and stationary by purchasing regularly the always used forms and distribute them on the employees.
  • Provide assistance and information on flights and airline carriers, travel agents, transportation companies and hotels as well as best value along with local and international hotel arrangements.
  • Collect time sheets from all employees weekly and submit it to administration manager.
  • Responsible to manage infrastructure maintenance.

Job Requirements

  • 2 : 5 years of experience in similar job related activities.
  • Communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong command of English language
  • Good time management.
  • Active listening, creative thinking and decision making.
  • Reliability and honesty.
  • Computer skills – Microsoft Office Package.
  • Working in the company office in new Cairo and willing to travel inside Egypt.
