Job Description
- Actively researching and reaching out to potential new partners
- Being the point of contact with our partners and ensuring their satisfaction
- Managing the finances of our partners
- Deciding which items/partners are suitable and which are void depending on sales, products’ quality, and market trends
- Styling and photographing products & managing photoshoots
- Developing sales projections and targets and making sure they are met
- Developing monthly sales reports and sharing them with partners & team members
- Doing market research, being aware of what’s in style and setting new trends.
- Designing and curating accessories displays
- Designing new home accessories and packaging
- Creating seasonal displays and products
- Creating bundles (baskets, seasonal gift boxes...etc. ) and managing offers.
- Accessorizing our showrooms and exhibitions.
- Maintaining the website inventory
- Making sure everything is the best quality
Job Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English and Arabic
- Academic background in product design, interior design, or fine arts.
- Excellent command of AutoCAD, 3D Max/Rhino, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft Office/G-Suite
- Photography & styling skills
- A social butterfly with a great sense of style and an eye for detail
- Must be enthusiastic, passionate about home accessories and traditional crafts, and eager to learn.
- Willing to adapt to unconventional working hours
