Job Description

  • Responsible for all administrative work including filing, sending, and receiving mails, prepare offers
  • Enter the data of the customers over the Sales system,
  • Type various documents as required,
  • Assist in renewing contracts and offers.
  • Assist in preparing tender documents,
  • Perform other related tasks as required.

Job Requirements

  • A relevant Bachelor’s degree
  • Professional user of  Microsoft Office,
  • preparing financial proposals & any correspondence as required
  • Good English Language
  • Details-oriented,
  • Organized,
  • Excellent communication skills
