Job Description
- Review shipment invoices from transportation supplier.
- Make sure that shipment cost is matching with current contract pricing.
- Create Shipment cost on the system to get processed by the finance team.
- Supervising the return order cycle in coordination with Finance department for credit note issuing as well as the Customer Service Team.
- Handling transportation missing product with the Customer service and the finance team.
- Responsible for archiving all the related domestic shipment documents.
- Make sure that the achieving not missing any documents.
- Review all the shipping documents, delivery note or good receipt and make sure that the customer receives all the products well according to his notes.
- Respond to any issues during the delivery by coordination with transportation supplier and Sales Team.
- Follow the health and safety instructions and ensure safe work environment.
Job Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in logistics
- Experience in FMCGs environment
- Excellent planning and organization skills
- Self-motivation
- Analytical thinking and decision making
- Capability to solve problems
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to multi-task and work under stressful conditions
