Job Description

  • Creates, updates, and uploads data for financial project in the system according to the agreed daily target in coordination with project managers.
  • Responsible for identifying the right category for each invoice.
  • Reviewing all product details and eliminate any mistakes in our data.
  • Create any report related to data numbers and workflow.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent typing speed. Speed typing skills “minimum 50 invoices per hour”.
  • Hight accuracy.
  • Confidentiality.
  • Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks.
  • Proven data entry work experience, as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk. MUST “Preferably Experience in financial projects”.
  • Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
  • Can work with numbers and financial reports.
  • Well-organized and detail oriented.
  • Can work rotational shifts and off 24/7.
