Job Description
- Act as a business partner to line managers and provide guidance and counseling on HR-related issues.
- Develop and implement human resources policies and procedures, disseminate and communicate them through employee booklets/meetings/and other forms of communication and ensure understanding of stakeholders and compliance.
- Able to setup Performance Management System based on MBO
- Able to build Company Competency Matrix
- Able to check and review Salary structure and build job evaluation structure
- Prepare and deliver reports in conformance with legislated requirements as well as monthly and periodical HR reports to management.
- Oversees the provision of human resource generalist services, including compliance with regulatory agencies (labor office, insurance, ISO requirements)
- Responsible for HRIS administration and data upkeep.
- Manage HR operations and data feeding for payroll generation and other compensation factors.
Job Requirements
- Experience 07-10 in same position
- n-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- People oriented and results driven
- Fluent in English.
- In-Depth Experience in KPIs system
- Experience in any ERP HRIS system
- In-depth Experience with Job evaluation-Performance Management system-Talent Performance system.
- Post guarded diploma in HR is a must.
- October resident or near by is preferable.
